Terms and Conditions for LOCKSMITH24 — pricing, guarantees, cancellations and liability.
Last updated: 31 July 2026By calling, messaging, or submitting a form to LOCKSMITH24, or by accepting a locksmith's attendance at your property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Prices start from £99 for emergency lockouts, lock replacement and uPVC repairs. The price confirmed by dispatch before we attend is the price you pay, unless additional parts are genuinely needed and agreed with you first.
Average response time is 10–40 minutes across our SW London, Surrey and Thames Valley coverage area. Times can be affected by traffic, weather, or exceptional demand, and we will contact you if we expect to be significantly delayed.
Damage-free entry is attempted first wherever the lock type allows. Destructive entry (drilling, forcing) is only used where non-destructive methods are not viable, or with your explicit agreement.
Parts fitted and labour carried out by LOCKSMITH24 are covered by a workmanship guarantee from the date of the invoice. This does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or forced entry after the visit.
Payment is due on completion of work. An itemised invoice is provided for every job, including for insurance claim purposes on request.
You may cancel a booking at no charge before a locksmith has been dispatched. Once a locksmith is en route, a reduced charge may apply to cover travel.
We take reasonable care to avoid unnecessary damage during entry and repair work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
